Like it or not, your job is kind of like a romantic relationship. Your co-workers and clients see you at your best and your worst (pulling your hair out at the end of a 70-hour week). You’ve made a commitment to spend every day with them (at least for a couple of years). And, just like marriages, business relationships take work to make them last over time. Xio will discuss the love languages and how you can learn to identify them for your current employees, colleagues, chapter members, and classmates.

Personal Branding

BLOCK A: 10:00 -10:17 AM

You undoubtedly know what a business brand is but you probably don’t think much about having a brand yourself. In this online era, where things, both good and bad, last forever on the internet, personal branding can be considered more important than ever. Creating a personal brand can be a daunting, mythical task. And one of the easiest ways to get lost in the process is to not know where to start. Sara will discuss the ways that you can easily drive your focus in creating a brand that is true and unique to you while exemplifying the empowerment and confidence that you carry internally.

Professional Development

BLOCK B: 10:17 -10:35 AM

Feel free to have your rough drafts handy!
